Hi Im Jess.

Im 42 this year and over the last 18 months I have put on a Stone and a half, (21 lb) Im 5 foot 4 and naturally small, I used to do a lot of yoga and was fairly trim and flexible but have let things slide due to Uni work. I want to get back to a UK size 10/12 and Im nudging a 14, but more to the point I feel very unfit and lethargic, I have joined Slimming World and got myself a Wii Fit, I LOATHE the gym. Im bigger than I was 6 weeks after giving birth !!!! since hitting 40 its been really hard to keep it off. Im aiming just to use the Wii Fit every day at first for 30 mins or so, anyone else use one?

This is a potato soup recipe that's super easy because it uses shortcuts, but it still tastes like a more labor intensive recipe.

The question: What does an IB student do on her Christmas holidays?
The answer: She freaks out about the lack of deadlines (what to do with her life?!) and thus spends inordinate periods of time designing and creating gingerbread cookies.

I took all these pictures with my cellphone - I had lent my camera to somebody - so I'm real sorry for the quality of them. Some of them look all right, though! It's just, some of them are a wee bit bright - like the rune stone, for instance.

I highly recommend checking them out, though. The pic of the full tray up top does not justice to the individual gingerbread cookies. :)

Does anybody here know if you can substitute peppermint oil for mint extract and in what ratio? thanks!
